Inspired by the challenges my younger brother faced due to dyslexia and an auditory processing disorder, I am interested in the design and development of educational video games to teach learners with dyslexia how to read and write.

I have over 13 years of dance experience in a variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, contemporary, and tap. I danced with the Las Cruces Chamber Ballet company for 6 years and recently danced with the Borderlands Ballet company as an apprentice. I have performed in productions of The Nutcracker for 10 years. My newest interest is aerial silks!
When I'm not dancing, I love to draw, knit/crochet, spend time with my three cats (Cedric, Misty, and Purrcy), read, and play Minecraft.
